1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Crypto iGroup platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Crypto iGroup provides a web data extraction service via MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers. Users subscribe to plans, receive API credentials, and consume tokens with each successful request.
3. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
- Keep your API keys and wallet credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
- Not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
4. Payments and Refunds
Payments are made in STH tokens via the integrated USDT converter (or credit card in the future). All purchases are final; however, if the service success rate drops below 25% (as defined in the guarantee), you may request a pro‑rata refund of remaining tokens. Refunds are at the sole discretion of Crypto iGroup.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". Crypto iGroup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or profits.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Crypto iGroup is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
